A One Way Tranfer involves transportation from one location to another, with no return trip included. For example, if you need to get from the airport to your hotel, a One Way Tranfer would be suitable.
A Round Transfer involves transportation from one location to another and a return trip, either on the same or different day. For example, if you need to get from the airport to your hotel and then back to the airport at the end of your vacation, you may book a Round Transfer with us.

If you need a transfer from the airport to your hotel, we recommend setting the pickup time as the arrival time of your flight. If your arrival flight is delayed, please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at +30 6976592399 as soon as possible.
If you need a transfer from your hotel to the airport, we recommend setting a pickup time at least 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time to ensure ample time for check-in and boarding. If your flight's departure time changes, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com or calling us at +30 6976592399, so we can arrange a new pickup time accordingly.

Transportation of animals is regulated by the legislation. According to the Greek legislation, any animal should be transported in a portable carrier and have the appropriate medical certificates. If you are travelling with animals, please let us know about this via the "Additional information & requests" field of our online booking request form.
If your pickup location is Zakynthos Airport, once you have collected your luggage please proceed to the arrivals hall of the airport. The driver will be waiting for you there, holding a sign with your name on it.
If your pickup location is the port, the driver will be waiting for you near the boat, holding a sign with your name on it.
If your pickup location is your hotel, the driver will be waiting for you at the main gate, holding a sign with your name on it.
If for any reason you cannot locate the driver, please DO NOT leave from your pickup location. Instead, please call us at +30 6976592399 to receive assistance in finding the driver as soon as possible.
We prioritize the safety of all passengers and drivers. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior, language or condition could pose a threat or discomfort to the other passengers or the driver, or cause damage to the vehicle. No refund will be given for services not carried out because of the above-mentioned reasons. Moreover, any damages incurred to the vehicle due to the fault of the passenger will be charged accordingly.
